Postponement
It probably won’t come as much of a surprise that we have decided to postpone the wedding. October both feels like too far away to know what the travel/socialising situation will be like & too close to not make a decision.
We’re obviously disappointed but as we really wanted to have a big, fun party, the chance that we’d all still be keeping a respectful distance from each other by October makes postponing feel like the sensible option. And we’re nothing if not sensible.
At the moment it looks like we’ll simply be pushing things back by a year to the same weekend in October 2021. We really loved the venue we chose & Edinburgh is still our favourite place so we’re only shifting the date, nothing else is changing.
We look forward to celebrating with you next year.
